Sounds good. All my friends who applied last year before Sep got COs minimum 4-6 months after their application lodged. So we are really lucky. All the best to all Nov 09 applicants.

Thanks mahboob807...in the name of all Nov 09 applicants who haven't been contacted by a CO yet. I'm one of them but, hopefully, I'll get contacted by a CO in a few days...:-).

Hi Dude,

I applied in the month of September 2009. But, so far I have not been assigned CO. What could be the reason? Because, November batch is getting CO. Any thoughts.

Which date of Sep you applied?
Priority Processing came into effect on 23 Sep.
Also are you in CSL?

Then don't worry.
Although you are behind but CO must be assigned to you soon and you will get good news as well.

Hi Dude,

Is there any difference in application processing priority between applying for PR from Australia and other countries? Because, I applied from India on 30th September 2009. My ASCO is 2231-79 (java and J2EE specialist).

Nope buddy, there is no difference... It only makes a difference if you are passport holder for LR and HR countries...

We're on a 176 SS and applied on the 11th Nov.

Are these beginning to be assigned a CO?

If you are on CSL then you should have a CO by now I would have thought,if not on csl then could still be quite some time! I submitted on 10th November and had a CO by 26th Nov.

Funilly enough I am on the CSL!

Just waited patiently ... so I'll email them and see where we are!

Our application has being rpocessed further against it but .... no CO officer contact.

Although from having trawled this thread that there are people from early Nov who have yet to have a CO allocated - or am I reading this wrongly?

Secondary Teaching is on the CSL but not the MODL so there is obviously an impact there ....
