Hi Everyone

Not much happening here either so as we are off on hols (only at home) we decided to book meds and found we can get in tomorrow at Gatwick. Wow that was sooner than expected!! Don't know whether to be nervous or not. I have been on a diet and hope that I have done enough. In fact all this Australia stuff has had a positive effect on our lives as we all joined a gym and are really enjoying it. We sent off for pc's at the end of June but still haven't received them back as yet. Let's hope we all hear something soon.
Might check in tomorrow to let you know how it went.

Medicals went well we think. Also just before we left the postman delivered police checks so will send those off today. Meds will get there in probably 10 days so hopefully may hear something by sept!

This thread has dropped way down to the 5th page!!!!!!

fingers crossed for some movement this week.

I'm getting to the stage when checking emails that hoping for a CO but also seeing the 'March visa application 'thread comes up just to show some movement.What a really slow 2 weeks its been.

We now have our house on the market as from Tuesday,just hoping that when they say i will have a CO between 4-5 months is correct i only have 2 weeks to go before hitting the 5 months mark!!!!!!!!!

We are also doing the same checking the e-mail ,running to the computer sounds the e-mail alert but nothing. we have went against our agents advise and booked our meds and are sending of for pcc check tomorrow but glad we did because we could not get an appoint for meds until 29th of september soand we are almost at our quoted 5 month date so if every thing goes ok we may get visa for end of oct but who knows ??????????

The last 3 weeks was probably slow because most COs were off on holidays and George Lombard mentioned that ASPC is reorganising into 6 Regions.

More regions usually means more staff... means faster processing... hopefully...

We have people coming to look at our house tomorrow,I think if we sold quickly we would be really stressed. The thought of selling our lovely house and then being turned down for our visa would be the mother of all nightmares!!!!!

We have everything front loaded just to try and speed the process up.

I got an email today from ASPC (after asking a few questions) which feels good just by receiving it. I sent the questions a week or so ago and it looks like they are back in business?

BTW what they said was: I will be allocated a CO soon (whatever soon means....)

And I think I am in region 5 (that´s where the person is from that send me the email and confirmed my medicals were placed on my file)

Not that I can do a whole lot with this info but somehow it is just good to sense the communication and knowing that my application still exists.....

Well the new processing times have been updated and issued and we are STILL on 1-8 March.

I was doing fine but now there's no movement and hardly any got it's for ages now, I'm starting to get really depressed about it.

Sorry not been on in a while work has been mental. Got a question, before I set off to work, I have recieved my police checks back yesterday, and thought well might as well get them sent off, and book my medicals.

My question is this, do my police checks go to 33 currie street, GPO 2399 Adelaide ?

can someone please confirm or correct me with the right address, oh the medicals go to sydney right?

Hey everyone!
I got one police check back this week, my boyfriends - not mine. Is this normal? I would have thought they would send both of them back to us together, but we just received his. Did this happen to anyone else?
