In my online statue page there is link for Form 1221 of my spouse but CO dont aks for form Form 1221 uptill now, i want to ask from u guys that it is optional form or necessary?

Has anyone whos on the 175 MODL list, who lodged in Aug 09 been given a CO yet? I haven't heard anything from my agent so wondered if any of you have had any luck?

Thanks for your reply, your signature says CSL and MODL, has the job your going on moved to CSL then? We are only on MODL, which is why were probably waiting longer. If anyone whos only on MODL 175 has got a CO then im going to get my agent to pull his socks up!

Yeah i am from the same boat. applied in end july. form 80 requested and loaded in first week of november. not heard anything till yet.

i received email which explicitly mentions CO and Team....But after that no contact....

I am also from Bangladesh...applied just 1 day after u. I have SS as well...but unfortunately still CO didn't ask for medical and PCC.
Anyhow..CONGRATULATION and have a good life in Australia.

If your CO has sent you a link because they are requesting it then it is necessary that you complete the form and sent it to them as soon as possible.
