Dear if u contacted the DIAC and the operator picked up ur call then u should ask him that the CSL applicants will be handled within 12 months or their cases can be exceed to 12 months?

any how it seems internal checks means the verifications of ur documents are under process.

June 09 - Online appl lodged (475)
July 09 - Medicals done and set to Aus (Except Xray for my wife due to pregnancy)
Sep 09- Babies born (Twins) - Requested for the inclusion of babies.
Jan 10 - Babies' Medicals & Wife's Xray done and sent.
05.02.10 - Wife's medicals finalised

All documents showing 'Met" Except
1. Babies 'Health requirements outstanding'
2. Wife's IELTS - 'Requested (But she has already done IELTS and sent)

I am from a HR Country. My current employer has not received verification call so far.

Can anyone guess on my appl status? (475 Visa)

Applied 10/08/2009

C/o assigned and further docs, PC and Meds requested 11/01/2010

All docs showing as Met 19/02/2010

Medicals Finalised 01/03/2010

Visa granted today! 05/03/2010

I have received WA state sponsorship letter today.

Now bit confuse about weather to convert 175 visa to 176 or not as not sure about the status of Information Technology industry in Western Australia.

Hi Komail,
I didn't get any benefit of using SS. If u have sufficient point then it's better not to use SS. See my timelines for detail....
It's seems that u didn't get your CO yet. What is the reply from DIAC on that?

I am also 10 August 2009 applicant and my CO allocation , PCC and Meds completed in October 2009 but then waiting waiting and waiting . All my PLEs get reply that I am undergoing external checks by agencies which are beyond control of DIAC .
