I have also applied on 6th August 2009.
Subclass: 175
Occupation: Electronics Engineer.
CSL/MODL Yes.
Right now on student visa in Australia but i have applied offshore for 175.

My visa will expire on March 2011 and i am in melbourne..City with no jobs at all :)

So I lodged my e-application today.:D

Just thot to have a august-applicant circle...if it is existing already, request moderators to merge it..

2 questions:

1) After lodgment, I saw a requirement for 'form 1221 submission'. Do I need to send the hardcopy of this form to adelaide, or can i upload the softcopy of this too?

2) I have just started uploading the docs. How long time do I have after e-lodgment, to complete my file uploading process?

:rolleyes::wub: Just print, fill, scan and upload it. You have 28 days to upload all documents except Medicals and PCC's :rolleyes::wub:

Hey Sohail...I just applied today...MODL/CSL(SAP)..

Any progress at ur end? I know it is too early to ask tht but still just in case;)

Still DIAC is at Jan 09 batch for CO allocation. So go into hibernate mode for wait at least 6 months :cool:

Hi All

I have e-lodge on 19th not submitted yet. I applied for 475 with state sponsorship of NSW. NSW told me to inform them DIAC provided "Overseas Fill Number" or "CSL Number" but i got TRN & other references from DIAC.

1. would i send only TRN to NSW authority?
2. when i would send it? now or after attaching documents?
3. i juat cant not log for attaching documents as system recognize my password wrong. Other mates are suggest me from their expereince to wait for 2 days or send by e-mail.

After emailing TRN to NSW & attaching/sending documents what should i need to do? is that simply waiting????

Hmm...know couple of Feb applicants who have already got it...

But still agree with u...it is time to grab a bottle of beer and forget about something called PR ever existed:beer: :D
