Just a quick post to introduce myself, I'm benlast's OH.

Just joined the forum and hoping to be able to find out more about where we are going and useful info for living there.

Now I can watch this thread and join the waiting game like everyone else.

DH got his MEDS done yesterday. So the MEDS are all done for us! The Panel Dr told DH that he had sent ours out earlier this week - so I'll have to check the status this week...

We'll be sending our finger prints in to the FBI again...we want the flexibility of a later entry date.

First time poster on this forum and I also applied in April 08 been informed that it will take untill crimbo before a CO is assigned by my agents! Is this the norm?

Welcome to the forum and this thread. Unfortunately, when it comes to being allocated a CO and visa it is very much a case of how long is a piece of string. Some wait ages and some a relatively short time. The visa type and whether your occupation is on the MODL can make a difference.

Will it make any difference to send in a second police clearance cert.

Sorry to deliver crappy news but I have read today that there is a July and an August applicant that seemingly have CO's. Both of them say that their applications have moved to further processing. What about everyone who has been waiting ages or even only a few months!! Seems the pile has fallen over again and been reshuffled!!

One of documents in the checklist changed to recieved.

Everything else still the same.
