NT has two lists for nomination
one is the primary list and there is one exception that ppl who are not on primary list but on secondary list can apply
so am not exactly offlist... its in between the two
u r correct that offlist nomination is almost impossible to get these days
by the way NT is the only place that has two nomination lists in place.. others have just one

We were told up to 8 weeks and that 8 weeks would be the latest. If its a 476 visa then its top priority and goes straight to the top of the list. if its anything else it takes 2nd place so I guess it depends on how many 476 Visa's are being assessed as to how long it will take. Ours was submitted 2 weeks ago.

NT doesnt take much time to reject my application its about 4 weeks. May be delayed indictes positive

NT takes only 8 weeks for approval, since you are almost there, suggest you to wait for this week and call them over the phone and inquire. Keep us informed.
