re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland
Hello all,
Monday morning update...just logged on to ECAS and it now says 'decision made'! I don't know whether to whoop or be worried. They never asked for any additional documents or travel details since submitting the application. Is that a bad sign? Now will be a tense wait for the letter to arrive. How long does that take?
Andrewbrit - So happy to hear that you also got your DM, I know you've been waiting a long time.

I also have Decision Made now.
They have requested my passport photos ect. Sorry for repeating, but do I need to send my passport off being a british citizen? Can't seen to find any info in the wiki page.
Thanks,

@TRC no you do not need to send your passport.
@Mine2 they would not reject you without
a) asking for documentation which ceases whatever fears/doubts they have about you/your application or
b) asking you to attend an interview

First congratulations to Andrewbrit! And thank you for all your help, it made the process much smoother.
My COPR arrived in England today! It says I can get the PR registered in Vancouver, but I rather like the idea of Point Roberts for flagpoling ...

Update! My husband has received an email today asking for another medical certificate to be sent in the next 30 days.
I guess it means that they have looked at the documents we sent 3 months ago (further evidence of cohabitation and wedding certificate and photos) and they think it is fine if they now want the medical certificate? I am hoping
They don't say if I need to send it to London or Ottawa, I guess London?
