OP hasn't received SA officially, just told over the phone but hasn't received an email or a letter. When OP called to ask they got the client ID number and ECAS says "Decision Made" under PR APplication, which isn't right, but OP hasn't received any official response, hence this is all very strange.

We didn't ever officially receive SA either. Just had a request for some additional paperwork a month after applying, and that was our only correspondence. Logged in to ECAS on a whim in late September, and noticed that it said "Decision Made" under "PR Application." We got our final approval email and request for photos and passport copies October 2.

I figured since the instructions every where else on the letter said copies that's what I decided to send.Canada post managed to mis direct my package so it only arrived this morning but at least I know they have it now!

Not entirely sure. The approval email was sent by CPC Mississauga, but the attachment with further instructions asked us to send the photos and passport photocopy to London.
At the bottom, it also offered the option to send them to Ottawa if we were in, and would continue to live in Canada for at least 3 months. We clarified this by email, and sent everything to Ottawa.

COPR finally arrived last Friday. So all in all this process has taken 1 week shy of 11 months - right on the stated time on the CIC website.
For information it took 6-7 weeks between Decision Made and getting my COPR in the post (send from London to Dublin).
Thank you everyone for all the help and advice and best of luck to all who are going through this process
Just waiting for my newborn's passport and then myself and the three kids are off to Canada in the next 2 weeks......very happy to be re-united as a family after 22 months of living apart

"Yippee", COPR arrived on Friday 17th......technically, on 16th, but I wasn't in....cannot believe it, after all this time waiting. Thanks to everyone for your advice and support, and good luck to those still waiting. A special thanks to SchnookoLoly for maintaining this great resource and for all your advice.
