re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland
Hi guys,
Just to confirm, I sent an email to London about my "decision made" on ECAS as I was having trouble waiting for the mail!
They confirmed I've been approved and COPR is in the mail
So for the spreadsheet, I can be counted as approved as of 22/9/13.
Wish everyone the best of luck in our journeys.

Filling out the forum "IMM5540E - Sponsor Questionnaire"
For question 7, regarding the monthly salary, is this before or after tax?
My girlfriend is the sponsor, she was paid weekly the past year with a teaching agency. I guess we just take the weekly and turn it into a monthly salary. Then we send a few pay slips with the application?
Thanks folks!

Congrats! Has Mississauga acknowledged it yet? Just wondering as I sent the same time, but via Royal Mail (perhaps my first mistake!) and RM says it got there on the 20th but no word yet from Miss.

No message from Miss. Right now I'm not concerned. Just have my fingers crossed that within the next month I receive sponsor approval. If after that time i get no word then I'll start worrying.

Are you married or common law? I think if you're married the whole process is a lot quicker. That's hat I interpret from the spreadsheet.

As I mentioned in your other post, they are processing applications received on 29th August. It will be another couple of weeks before they get to yours. There is no point in checking your application until around mid October at the earliest.

Sorry, that's not what I meant.
It was mentioned that they are processing applications from August & I wondered if this referred to those applications in London, or Mississauga. Mine was received in London 12Th June & is still not 'In process' on ecas - so I'm just wondering if I should be hopeful that indeed my application is being looked at.
