Hi
Nope, won't do a thing for your application. If they obtained an AEO, then you would have to apply under FSW2
Hi guys
I have a query. I’m currently in Canada working for a company whilst on a 1 year working holiday visa.
They currently aren’t sponsoring me as I’ve already applied for my FSW1 visa - but they asked me if the process could be made quicker if they sent a letter on my behalf to immigration in London saying that they have a job waiting for me?
Do you think this would work?
I would have thought they would need to sponsor me properly and id have to restart the process or change my application?
Thoughts?
Thanks for your help

received a email the other day to say that expire date on cc was out of date, but then a recall the email, so looks like they got something wrong (i hope)
still no payment on CC, will check it again tomorrow

That's interesting as AOR is virtually 120 days after you received your 120 day letter (if that makes sense!)
I read somewhere yesterday that they don' start processing you/put you in the AOR queue until your 120 days are up? I was kind of hoping that was a load of old bo***cks......
Good news anyway and all the best with the app.

Hi Glam,
Congratulations.
We hand delivered our application on the 14th of December so hopefully next week or the following one we will get our AOR.
Good luck
