Application to PNP - October 2012
PNP Granted - October 2012 (fast tracked due to mitigated circumstances)
Sent PR App - November 2012
AOR PR App ECAS - Your application has been received - November 19, 2012
(Cant remember when they sent email to say it was being sent to London)
Email request for medicals, RPRF - March 2013
Medical Completed - April 2013
ECAS acknowledged medicals have been received - I think this happened May or June but I cant be sure.

ECAS is really annoying me!! All it says is

1. Application has been Received November 2012.

2. Medical results have been received.

We applied under the Sask Nominee Program then through London office.

The processing times say 27 months, which would leave us with another 15 to go! Surely that's not the case now we have completed our medical. I just wish ECAS had more detail for us.

If you are in Canada already, why did you nominate London to be the processing office? You could have nominated Buffalo/Ottawa instead and had faster processing.

I don't remember nominating any particular visa office for processing. They just one day email and said they had forwarded our application to London.

You would have put it down on the generic application for PR (CIC form IMM0008ENU) number 4 box - "Immigration office requested for processing this application"

Presumably, if you didn't fill out that box (or you didn't have at least a 1 year TWP) they sent it to London by default.

What a shame - Ottawa is 16 months for average processing times.

PNP application sent: 23.04.2013
PNP application recieved: 11.06.2013
PR application sent to CIO: 24.07.2013
PR application received by CIO (as per ECAS): 29.07.2013
Credit card charged by CIO: 29.08.2013

Since then, I've (unsurprisingly) heard nothing. I wrote them a letter when I sent in the application explaining why I couldn't provide any documentation for my ex (since we're still married at the moment), so I'm not surprised if that drags everything out. Anecdotally, a coworker of mine applied around the same time and has already had and done his medical request, however there is only him on his application - hopefully that's a useful yardstick to some of you.

I'm hoping since they charged my card that they have all the bits of paper they want for now... especially since I'm now less than a month away from my PNP nomination expiring!

Andy

AINP applied for May 2013
AINP certificate received June 2013
PR application received by Sydney NS July 18th
Medical request received & completed Oct 8th.
Medical received at Sydney NS Oct 12th by E-post
File started to be processed Dec 24th
RFPR email Jan 15th & paid same day

still waiting for final stage.. feel very frustrated as so far most of it has been dealt with very quickly, knowing 3 other families who have been on the same timeline as us, and have received confirmation and already flag-poled I am feeling despondent
