Becki, yes LD should be fine (or any of the commercial photographers) BUT take the specification with you. Insist they follow it. Don't forget to get them to annotate the back as per the instructions. And measure the photos before you leave. There have just been too many instances of photographers thinking they know better than the spec that is provided (I promise you this is true!).

I'm pretty persistent so I'll make sure they do everything by the letter.
I had a quick glance at the letter and I have to get an express post prepaid envelope for them to send my COPR but is it OK to send the passport copy and photos via canada posy tracked?

My suggestion is that you purchase two x prepaid Express Canada post tracked envelopes. One to go to CIC and one with your name/address on to come back. Put the second inside the first along with the other stuff you have to provide as per the email.
