Still no news on my application and it's massively disappointing that my application was received a month before yours, they started processing mine a month before yours and you have received citizenship and I haven't progressed beyond "In process"

Unrelated question to timelines but do you need to advise IRCC if you have become commmon-law since submitting your application, or do I just tell them at my interview?

On another forum I am on, people in Vancouver (Im not sure of your nearest IRCC office??) they are giving tests to people who submitted in August time. It is generally 9 months from application for test and then 12 months dead on for ceremony. It is annoying because my PR came through in 6 months and I was hoping to be able to vote this year, which isn't looking likely with those timelines

You don't want a conservative government. Trust me. They'll cut everything and sell lies to the public.
ANYWAY haha...I called the CIC (or IRCC now called) and they told me the Mississauga office is the busiest in the country and leads to the longest timelines. That's where I'm being processed through.

So believe it or not after my 'I'm just not going to think about it' attitude earlier this morning: I got my test date through for mid July!!!!
I have questions to ask but I will create my own thread rather then ask about it here
