Whether I agree or disagree with his views is absolutely none of yours or anyone elses business, unless I CHOOSE to divulge that information.

Please do not try and manipulate this thread by throwing down such gauntlets in my direction. If you read my attached post you will find that IU have already made my views on the current events extremely clear.

For the record your views on Kent Detective's posts are an interpretation only. He is going to have a different viewpoint to you and some others for the simple reason that he has spent the last 20 plus years dealing with these issues, and other societal issues, at a particular level, where he has seen the worst elements and the worst consequences -something which you and some others have not. Just because his views do not concur with your own does not justify him being labelled as racist. If you actually read his posts, there are many different interpretations which can be formed from them.

You might care to accept that peoples' opinions and views are generally formed from their life experiences - just like your views are. Too many people are ready to judgementally label people as racists without actually trying to stand in the other persons shoes first !

Actually I have Dread. and for longer. I think if you actually read all of Kent Detective's posts his message is quite clear, and it is not just myself who finds his views unacceptable.

I do think that a complete lack of respect exists, wether that has been caused by things like Bankers, MP's escaping downright theft charges, the common citizen going to jail, but these people paying back a percentage, and still maintaining their status.
The Afro- Carribean woman screaming at Mr Camerron, asking what other country he knew, where a citizen would stand before a policeman, made me think even as a teen one would show respect, ha,ha even taking your hands out of your pocket. Because you knew he would embarass you in front of your friends with a clip round the head. Watching in India a good friend bowing and sir, to a policeman shocked me, but understood.

And lastly partly racial, what a great example of why some immigrants should be welcomed, the man that had his son , mown down by the car that killed two others. A working man, with great courage and a sense of right and wrong.

I am glad to see you back on BE, I really am. However why are you only concerned with what the moderator and concierge thinks about Kent Detectives views? I think you are being a bit personal now, which is unnecessarily antagonistic....and unfair.
Why not ask everyone on here whether they agree with these views?

Maybe for you that was THE important part.
I personally thought there were many other parts to his posts, expressing a number of different aspects. Quite a number were just as important as that one.
I don't know if you are aware, but the term 'alien' is used in officialdom in the UK to mean 'Foreign', which is a very different meaning to that used in everyday terms. This term is usd in the Home Office and other Govt departments when referring to foreign persons.
Chances are, with his background, Kent Detective was using that term in its official sense, rather than as a derrogatory term.
