How does the Goan Administration justify all the expense annually for 'beautification' when the people live like pigs in shit, no garbage collection, water and electricity problems money needs to be spent on essentials not Film Festivals, and jollies for the rich politicians to places like Dubai and UK which the poor Goans are paying for.

You will hardly notice the difference, most of what you actually pay is taxes and surcharges and they are not affected!

When we've all had a good laugh at the concept of hordes (remember only 8 were arrested, the rest fled!) of saffron clad Ruskies, displaying their unique version of the traditional Hare Krishna "Peace & Love" - beat up policemen and have a good punch up with the locals, remember this................
Anything the obnoxious scum from that part of the world do to blacken their name here is good news so - Celebrate People!!

may I suggest that Brits in Goa being anti-Russian is just as unacceptable as Goans in Goa being anti-British, or Brits in UK being anti-Indian!

By definition, a little different when the native people turn against legitimate residents or visitors?
On the other hand you may be correct...........but what the hell, we're all entitled to a little treat every now and then, innit?:eek:

Who has mentioned anti-Russian where did this come from Andy
Please explain what you are ranting about again If you are not repeating other peoples posts word for word for then
your ranting off about something or nothing ??????. It's the Russians who have given the Brits a bad name in Goa because we are fair skinned we are all tarred with the same brush.
I have never met a Russian that isn't loud, drunk or abussive. They treat the Goan like something they have just trodden in and I for one do not like them for their arrogance. So take your social worker, do good Act somewhere else and stop repeating word for word my post

With Johnnys five hail Marys and a couple of prayers to Mother Teresa we should have it covered. It will be more use than the local police. However all is not lost, the commandos are out in Goa armed with AK47s . Hope they know how to use them . Not too sure who we feel most afraid of!:blink:
