Thanks Rosemary, received two emails, one with the sanatory fittings which was ok but the other one has only got dancing icons on it.

I`ve tried the second 2 again 1 is just a letter from Acron the other should have an atachment with the tiles Rose

We are off to Egypt on Sunday, wish we were going to Goa to sort out the tiles ect, starting to panic a little having to choose through email ( if we ever get to see them) but we thought this would have been all sorted out when we went over in January, now iv had me bit rant, could resend it and thanks Rosemary

Back again, now i am really confused, when we spoke to Neville in January, he said we would see samples to choose from but this is not the case is it?

The way I understand it is the tiles sent are the normal spec any different choices will be an additional cost. I have emailed Acron for the choices but haven`t heard from them as yet we`ll have to keep bugging them.

I've just got back from Goa,Monarch were on time both ways (falls over in shock )...

I met Neville last week and had a good look at the tiles and granite colours that are Acron's standard offerings.

They seem to be very attractive and i decided to stick with them after pressing him for a price for marble for the floors and skirtings,he was evasive on the subject,but suggested "several thousands" in sterling. Gulp!!! I had been led to believe that it was cheap in India,no the case it seems !!

He said that the options were now on their website,but checking it out today,they're not as yet..

Regarding furniture and appliances,I've got a list of suppliers mainly in Pahjim and Mapusa,I can scan it and post onto our site of you want... Let me know ??


The building site was very busy as I suspect Acron are trying to finish early,Neville suggested that monsoon allowing,late November is a possible target date.

It does look quite crapmed at the mo though,the pool will be smaller than I imagined,but with a huge cement mixer in the way,it may be my sense of size that is lacking !!

I'll post all my photos onto the site later today..
