Anyone waiting from March?
I've been waiting since February. Got same 31 Oct email. Got another e-mail on 30th October that the application is still under consideration. Haven't heard anything again.

Submitted an official complaint to the HO last night and forwarded it to the Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration. If we don't get a satisfactory response we said we would be pursuing it with the Parliamentary ombudsman.

I suggest anyone who has been waiting over 120 days does the same. In working out when and where our timeline happened we realized we had spent about $3,500 on this mess, for this kind of service and response!

Received a response from the Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration office - it says that while they can't investigate individual cases they can as part of a more general look into issues across UKVI - so if more people complain it will highlight the general system wide issue we have all experienced.

If everyone who has waited past 90+ days for a visa (whether you've had it now or not) rights to complain/highlight problems then they may decide to investigate issues with the Sheffield office, send email to here:

There's loads of people that have waited 90+ days, so people start emailing! Will only take a few minutes.

Do you think those who applied priority that, while not waiting 90+ days, had to wait 40-60 days for their visa should also email him as well? It is deceptive to make people pay so much to get their visas processed as a priority only to have them waiting for the same period of time as standard applications.

I do. I think anyone who has had delays or issues with the Sheffield office should email them. The more people who do, the more likely they will look at it. I don't think it will speed anything up for us - but it might make a difference further down the line for others.

Hey guys
My husband had an interview call today
And they told him they'll let him know about decision as soon as possible.
Anyone know how long decision takes after interview.

If we complain, you think there are chances they might be a lil strict with our application?? That’s cause we complained?
