the 'last word' will always be had by white bigots in Canada. The general feeling is that no one else understands, appreciates, or conforms to the ethics of the protestant anglican , or even the franco phone catholic. Ignorance reigns supreme in all, each and every province of Canada. If the 'africaville' nova scotians, the aboriginals, and immigrants suffer the same bias in 2010: it says a lot about the falsity of Canada. The crux is debt and pensions. "Tolerate", in the guise of 'a mosaic' is what Canada can to keep afloat.. Even South Africa under apartheid was more honest than the Canada of today. Corporate, Civic and National governance has abused the concept of citizenship. Skin colour plays a greater role in Canada today than it does in contemporary Jo Burg. Even S Africa has a judiciary capable of maintaining objectivity. When Canadians can halt the reduction of Canadian-ness to ice rink bloodiness, Canada may just become a nation which rewards citizenship, instead of childish bravado.
