My point being, if you believe the UK is alone in what you describe, you're very naive and as i said previously, i fear you will not enjoy living in Canada for the same reasons that you are unwilling to live in the UK.

I think there is a general stgima about being a regarded as a racist nowadays. Even groups like the BNP and KKK don't describe themselves as racist anymore, and many racists will argue until they're blue-in-the-face that they aren't. It's odd IMO.

It never used to be that way. Politicians like George Wallace, Enoch Powell and Martin Webster used to describe themselves as racists (and declare that they were proud of the fact).

I suppose it's progress in a way.

Enoch Powell specifically denied being a "racialist" and sued the Sunday Times when they called him that.

Please provide us all with evidence that Enoch Powell ever described himself as a racist, or accept that what you said above is based on what you think he said, rather than what he actually said.
