dbd are you actually british or are you just trying to stir up an argument for the sake of it. the only real discusion in here is that all ex pats should get the same. either all should be index linked or all should not be. although im sure that would bring up 2 different sides of talk depending on where you live. ie in usa if it suddenly stoped being index linked. or in canada if it suddenly started.

Are you paying UK taxes? No, because you've abandoned the country. Simple.

I don't recall hearing that Pam's breasts reduced according to which country she was in at the time though.

She was stacked even before being implanted, that's the luck part. I chose to mention her, btw, as opposed to John Holmes, so as to provide some Cancon.

I have a British passport though, since I walked out on the country, it would be a stretch to continue to claim to be really British.

As I said to you before my Civil Service Pension IS subject to UK tax.

Definitions of ABANDON = to leave completely and finally; forsake utterly; desert.

I get a UK pension from my employment there. My (blood) family lives there. Most of my friends still live there. I have a British passport and I'm a British Citizen. I have UK Bank accounts and UK credit cards.

You are just plain wrong to say I have abandoned the country. Forsaken utterly? Tosh!

You do not live there. I think it likely you have "left completely and finally", "given it up", "discontinued" life there and "withdrawn" from it. You have "deserted" the country. Having chosen to do so it seems incongrous that you should claim to still belong.

Uh...er...where did I say I belong? You're one of these internet idiots who thinks everything in extremes aren't you?

Just because I can show that I haven't utterly forsaken the place because of all those ties/responsibilities I still have to the UK why the hell should it mean I feel I belong?
You're not familiar with middle ground? Something in between? I live in Canada...doesn't mean I have cut off all connections with the UK.

You're not a tall person? Fine, that doesn't mean you're small does it?

You're not a genius? Doesn't mean you're stupid does it?

Don't vote tory...does that make one a communist? Get the picture?

Everything seems black and white to you - no shades of grey at all.

Why the hell then do you have 11.000 post over utter crap on a BRITISH EXPAT'S forum then????

You need to get out more with your chickens (or maybe they are the only ones who understand all your tosh)

I have NEVER come accross anything from your posts that have really been of benefit in helping anyone on this site. You must sit with mouse in hand waiting for someone to post a question to troll everyone into a sad argument as you have no other form of entertainment.

Maybe thats why you have been banned from other forums for your remarks which some have commented on as being racist in some cases.

You never reply to anything when proved wrong.

People have TOLD you about their UK pensions who still pay tax on them therfore your stupid comments about not paying UK tax so not entitled to increases was blown away.

Tax is tax try and ask the government what they spend the tax on they take on pensions...it's not to pay for the state pension. Car tax doesn't pay for the roads...etc etc.

If you were to ask most Brits would rather give the money to long hard working Brit pensioners than the - SO CALLED - Assylum seekers and illegal immigrants flooding into the UK and your poor poor refugees you keep harping on about, yes those refugees that travel accross 20 different countries to end up in France looking for the slightest chance to get into the UK. If you love and worry about them so much open up a camp for them in your chicken house.

My one and only post to this troll dbd33 as I'm off to hospital for a minor op which I'd rather do than reply to a no life sad loser...him or her or it or maybe they are a team. Makes me laugh all of the big words you try to throw in to cufse fick peeps like mee.

laters ..................loser.....

I dont think its that they "would rather give", its our money, i invested so much each week, for the last 25 years. It's my pension, and for the government to not want to pay it at the full rate is just an example of the reason productive people are emigrating.

BTW
I'm pretty new to forums, so only just found out what a troll was when dbd33 started on me. yep just ignore that non-constructive crap.

Actually my partner did work as an illegal immigrant farm labourer here so you might say I've done this already.

I'm afraid I don't follow the end of that. Please elucidate.

All political argument is "non-constructive crap". Is there a way in which you think it would benefit the UK as a country or the taxpayers in the UK to pay people who have left indexed linked increases in pension? If not it seems to me that the money is better spent on the deserving poor in the UK regardless of how recently they arrived.

The middle ground is that the British government sends you money even though you have left and do not primarily pay tax there. Asking them to index the payments as if you were a good British citizen seems rather greedy.

"Trolling" btw is advancing a contentious position in which one does not believe for the sake of annoying people. I'm not doing that but consistently arguing a position with which some here disagree. "Rutting" might be a better term.

Doesnt everyone:confused: They arent all utter crap anyway, and certainly have an entertainment value.

Personally I dont see why this thread is still going, or why anyone feels the need to be abusive about it.

Nothing that happens here is going to change anything, There are no votes in rectifying the situation, so take it as one of those injustices in life and move on.

Actually although dbd33 can look after himself I have to say that now and again he comes up with some very useful information at times that I've found quite helpful.

I happen to disagree strongly with his opinion on this subject (and with quite a lot of other things) but he's not going to budge from his viewpoint. Haven't you guys worked that out yet?
