.. must admit it was vert frustrating waiting behind a vehicle in Richmond for about 5 minutes whilst the driver was waiting for the single flashing red light to change colour. The driver then proceeded to get out of the car walked a few yards up the road pressed the pedestrian crossing button came back to their car expecting the light to change!
