Pistorius. Guilty or not?

There are not enough white guys in prison there to form a gang. Jails are seriously 3rd world and AIDs is rampant
It's generally a good idea to avoid prison in non-1st world countries although his money might be able to buy him some protection

I don't think he thought it was a burglar - I also don't think he was thinking at all. But when he shot the gun I think he knew it was his girlfriend in the bathroom, and whether or not he intended to kill her he intended to harm her, and if he had of been thinking he would have realised that it was a likely outcome so I reckon murder

Nope. He's going to get majorly ass-raped

There's quite a few 1st world countries I think I'd rather avoid imprisonment in. The US being one...

Ok just playing devils advocate here. There is pretty much no dispute he shot her. The question is, is it manslaughter or murder. Did he intend to shoot dead his girlfriend or shoot an intruder. That's why I'm looking for a motive to shoot dead his girlfriend. I can't see one yet.
BTW. I have no opinion on murder or manslaughter. Haven't seen enough of the case to be a judge.

Not so much jealousy but control. Some men will go to extremes to control a woman they feel is not conforming to their rules or pulling away from the relationship . There was coverage that she had indicated she was afraid of him and his bad temper. Pity she did not heed those warning signs back then.

Guilty as hell!! all the reasons have been covered, but I do think he's a very good actor, saying all the right words at the right time. Good coaching there..

I haven't been following it much (it's not really my thing) but I would have to say guilty.
A beautiful young girl needlessly murdered. So sad.
