Helllooooooooooo!!!!!

Sorry Don, was a joke

I can agree with bundy on running is easier with no peaks.
Went to the gym yesterday (first time in my life!!!!!). Next time I'll follow my friend Emily's example, and wear two bra's
Or maybe I'll go shopping and get myself a good sportsbra!

busy this weekend, so won't be on much

Yeah, but I only stay about 40 minutes, so I try different machines. Rowing, running flat, running with your feet going up, and biking. And MTV's on.
When I get sick of it, I'll try and read a magazine...

Btw, just went again, with all my new gear from Targette

So how was it this time? and I can only ever be arsed to do 10 min stints on any one of those cardio machines otherwise I loose the will to live, and often to lazy to bring a book cos it's a pain lugging around between weights.....speaking off, must get back to doing them, haven't gone this month, having to save on petrol money *l*

Roger Bannister?

Running machines. Don't see the point. I pound the pavements, dicing with death amongst the rush hour, inhaling fumes, blithey laughing at the muppets on the top level of the sports hall, running on their running machines, all of which overlook a beautiful park

What is it with random kinda known names...

And well, if you have a park, that's different, but I hate runninganyway, knackers my knees, though I do like to EFX machine, no impact prancing around stuff...
though having said that about a nice park, was right next to windsor park at uni, and didn't run there either, did drink and smoke in the trees though

Richie Benaud ('Benno')

Ronnie Biggs

Parks, yes, that's what they're for in the days before running becomes a necessity to fend off the ill-effects of all that drinking and smoking in the tress.....

I've never been to a proper gym, unless you count the one we had at uni, which I don't. I used to row though and quite miss the ergo machines, decent work out. Now I just run and do yoga and khai-bo (and cycle everywhere).

The high proportion of lycra and egos versus cotton and sanity puts me off gyms

Hehe...yeah, I know what you mean about gyms', but that's one of the benefits I'm entitled to, part of benefits the missus gets from work
But it's still a bit of a drive for my lazy arse to make, well 20 odd mins on a good day
It's great during the day though because it's pratically always empty, I don't go in the weekends, so ain't so embarrassing sloggin my fat arse out on the weights....and lycra....hell no, that's scarey stuff :0
though the uni gym wasn't bad either, but never bothered with that...
though do need to do more cardio work, six pack is easy to attain, but the doughnut isn't as easy to keep at bay *l*

So having a good weekend?
And where you getting those names from?
