10 days left until Mr NTL comes to sort out my broadband connection. I explained to the lovely staff that I already have the connection, I just need the modem and starter pack, but no, I still have to spend 20 days of my 60 day free trial waiting for an engineer.
But after that, it's broadband all the way and they'll be no stopping me (plus my mum will get less upset because she always tries to call me when I'm online. Never learns
