Spring bounce that's all - a natural part of the life cycle of an economic bubble.
Thousands of people have lost their jobs and unemployment is rising relentlessly. At some point next year the recession will end but then the BoE will start to raise interest rates, leading to further downward pressure on house prices.
In the meantime Britain's economy is shrinking faster than at any time in the past 50 years

The Aussie hooses are crap crap crap - nae double glazing, nae central heating, nae insullation and ONLY wan layer o brick - some only have half ffs! That's why the hooses here are FREEEEZING 
You could also kick yer way in thru the walls
