Today we accepted an offer on the house for £15k below our asking price, £5k less than I actually wanted! But hey, it's a first time buyer so no chain and I have good reasons to believe that the sale will hold.

We finished our last of 3 carboot sales last weekend, over the 3 carboot sales we took a couple of quid over £1000, the rest of our "junk" we took to the charity shop and dump-it site while we had it in the trailer. Ebay's ok but still hassle of posting and wrapping etc. At least with the car boot you get to shift everything.
