We finished our last of 3 carboot sales last weekend, over the 3 carboot sales we took a couple of quid over £1000, the rest of our "junk" we took to the charity shop and dump-it site while we had it in the trailer. Ebay's ok but still hassle of posting and wrapping etc. At least with the car boot you get to shift everything.

£1000! That's very good . I felt unable to handle the thought of strangers rummaging through our belongings and making silly offers on things which we were in any case virtually giving away.
