Harbour glimpses - reflection of harbour in neighbour's window
Cute - small

Also, why carnt real estayt ajents spel proper? E.g. 'sort after' location.
P.s. what is 'real' estate? Is there such a thing as unreal/fake estate?

One of my workmates rents out the property next to him. He bought a block of land with a shack on it, built a house on the block and rents out the original shack.
We had a good old laugh of how the estate agents described it. Phrases such as 'superb value', 'quaint' and 'rustic' when in reality one shouldn't slam the door too hard or else it might fall down.

It means that a larger block has already been subdivided, and is to the rear of the original larger block. Access is along the boundary of the original block, so the access drive and the subdivision have the plan appearance of an axe head and handle. You are correct, and the realtor is averagely dim.

LOL @ ABC Diamond:
.
I've seen renovated kitchen in ads here. I''d usually take that to mean the kitchen is really new. Not so. Yes the kitchen has been renovated but...it was renovated in the 1980's or thereabouts. Technically correct i'm sure, but quite disappointing to view.
Compact: You can cook the dinner while you’re in the shower without losing sight of the TV

1)`Gourmet Kitchen`. Oooh does it come equiped with a gourmet chef or is the kitchen just for gourmet cooking?
2) Large 650sq block. Thats not large its 650sq!
3) Sun drenched yard. When we were looking there were so many `sun drenched `yards yet we were experiencing wettest winter in years.

We recently went to look at a house, which looked OK from the photos... speil said "convenient for freeways"....bloody hell, any closer to the freeway and you would have been in the emergency lane.
The back wall was touching the freeway sound barrier!
The photographer must have spent ages angling the photo to omit the 40ft green sound barrier from his photos...
Surprisingly it passed in at auction
(Anyone in Melbourne who is interested, look at Forster Court, Pascoe Vale) Clever photos.

Well, it could be renovated at great cost into a cosy home near facilities etc or it could be knocked down and new house built on land. There is nothing unusual about this kind of ad.There are 1000s like it and many Australians do knock down and re-build, after all the price is for the land not the dwelling.
