Only in Qld.........Feathered and grooved exterior.

I have yet to hear of one which says "an area no-one wants to live in"
and "convenient for xxxx" ie so bloody close that you will never escape the constant noise from whatever it is.

For those who want a good giggle go onto Ralph Bending Real Estate,Glastonbury UK.I go to Glasto quite alot and reading the adverts in his office window is a hoot!Its a pity all estate agents are'nt like him!
