I've seen quite a few real estate boards lately titled 'Endless Summer!'

Now what the hell does that mean? It's just a random lifestyle assumption that tells you zilch about the mundane internal dimensions and facilities of the house. They might as well say 'Cocktails till dawn!' or something equally preposterous.

Wouldn't it be great to get paid for a living to come up with this kind of drivel?!

I've seen a few saying 'Bay glimpses'. If you climb on the roof with a step-ladder you might see the bay for a couple of seconds until you fall off and break your neck.
