Having spent several months now perusing real estate ads, i have to say that the lingo they use over here cracks me up - it's such OTT airy fairy nonsense.
There's so many meaningless statements bandied about such as 'neat and tidy' and 'freshly painted throughout,' but my personal fave are the ones where they waffle on about the property (which is obviously a dump) and then add '...Or knock it down and build your dream home!'
What howlers have you come across in real estate ads?

Ideal for investors: You wouldn’t want to live there yourself but some desperate renters will probably go for it.
Compact: You can cook the dinner while you’re in the shower without losing sight of the TV.
Quiet neighbourhood: Your neighbours will object to you starting your car before 8am or having more than two visitors at a time.
Potential: Ideal for a DIY enthusiast with lots of time and money on their hands who doesn’t mind living in a dump.

Wander through the well established orchid.
(Ok, so they really meant orchard, but it still cracks me up)
