It really annoys me that we have to put our sunnies on to eat lunch outside...
I like to make eye contact!!
And what is it with the waiting staff giving you vouchers for 50 % off the lunch you are having at the time!!!

Living at the top of all those hills boyo!!!
Just got off the phone to Ystrad Mynach and its a wonderful 8 degrees today!!
And the wind was howling!! But they were happy the rain had stopped for a bit!!! ( small mercies eh!!)
And at almost midday its the warmest time of the day for them!!!
Still at least the nights are a bit lighter for them eh!!!
Oz... Its bloody hard work eh!!

christmas day. Palm trees, 40 degrees, white sand, crystal clear indian ocean, dolphins 20 metres away.... swimming in the afternoon before our lobster/tbone and prawn barbie... mother turns and says in her best northern accent..

The thing I find hardest about Australia is the huge range of fabulous locally grown wines... Much prefer being ripped off by pretentious, overpriced french piss anyday... and the variety? well I only need to have the choice of Blue Nunn or Black Tower... not all these .... girl just can't make up her mind about what to drink here..

yeah, way too cheap to be drinkable... obviously the stuff thats not good enough to be exported to England
