You were the one who commented on South Africans playing for England but it seems you are not concerned about the principle....more the numbers.

Australia uses overseas born players to represent the country when it suits them....same as everywhere else.

Where would Australian tennis be without East Europeans?

At home watching the latter stages of the tournament.

So, no change then.

Shall we cover Olympic team now?

oh right. My little short sentence dig at the Aussies being under staffed and that they could perhaps try an England ploy back in post #2583. Wow 2 pages later and we're still going. Perhaps we could move on now.

First day's play of the third test between India and Aus has been called off due to rain.

Commentators are calling this Australia's best day of the tour so far

Certainly helps my 2-1 series result bet I made yesterday. It was great odds. I couldn't resist

Good day for England yesterday. Hopefully they can put NZ to sword today and get back in and build a big lead before finishing NZ off. Why do England start series so poorly?

Clark's move up the order was a resounding success ;-)

NZ 4 down now trailing by plenty, McCullum key.

Should be all over by teatime

(edit) 5 down, make it lunch.

Watched Pak destroy the Saffas last night. Pak have a bloody huge quick called Mo Arfan, looks really dangerous. For all the troubles they have with the facilities and conditions/situation at home Pak keep on producing great talent. On there day they can smash anyone. Rate them much more than India. Hope the young quick who got caught up in the match fixing scandal gets to play again soon as he looked like becoming one of the best in the world.

yeah, it was a very very good caught and bowled opportunity to Broad, took it very well. The follow up ball to McCullum was stunning too

Yep, we need more of that for the good of the game generally.

Sounds like they've started very well, need to be ruthless and kill 'em off now.

I might try to find a video stream later, we don't get SBS here never mind anything fancier
