brain lock can be fixed!! Its a book I'd often thought of reading cos its been recommended a few times so when it got mentioned I thought I'd try for a Kindle one....

I like the story behind the partition of Australia. Back in the 30s, WA voted to separate. They petitioned the British government who decided to ignore it as it was in the too hard bucket. So it never happened.

1) ...and if we had, you would now be complaining that the British allowed a slaughter of tens of millions and forced people to live together who didn't want to. We can't win because what ever the solution settled upon somebody would be complaining how it's 'all the fault of the British' generations after the event.
2) Yes. I can't think of anything that would be better for the IT industry!...... but as you pointed out, India now has, a nuclear armed, failed state, on its Northern border. I think its 50/50 if they make this decade out without a nuclear exchange.
