No I didn't think you would. It goes with the territory of someone who apparently spends their life as a sort of walking consumer watchdog goon....you didn't work for Witch magazine by any chance..?!

Interesting magazine that is.....comparing prices of cauldrons this month, and there's some special offer coupons for Belladonna and Deadly Nightshade.

I confess to buying it many, many years ago.....once....!

I can just see Wol taking leave from the Missus, putting on his finest Sunday best and traipsing up to the Service desk with a grim set to his jaw.....

Do you not do skype to Skype? I wonder why anyone would use Skype if they are NOT using their webcam as I am sure there are other cheaper carriers out there

We also use it for skype to skype but some people dont have/use skype in which case we do skype to landline. For our usage volumes the rates are pretty good.

I was in the supermarket the other day and saw Mix Max (bit like a cake bar) Anyway, they were priced at $6.59 :O:O:O:O in the UK you can buy these for 1 pound at Iceland, i was gob smacked when i saw the price, initial thoughts were that they had been put in the wrong place or something but no, that was the price. Cannot get a bargain here as good as you can back in the UK, although back in the UK you can't walk into a shop and haggle the price with them ;) There are pros and cons about both countries, however i think Australia has more pros :)

Roadside assistance. They charge a sign-up fee, are expensive, they cover the car and not the person and provide next to no cover at all :thumbdown:

RACQ are pretty good you just have to be either < 50k from home or > 100k for them to recover you. I'm covered for any car I drive or am passenger in. Deb is covered only for her car.
