Hi guys I'm here just had a hectic couple of days!! It was Harveys birthday on the 16th (Bishops boy) then it was Alex's birthday yesterday!! So its been days out and BBq's and tea party's the last couple of days!!

Yeah it was refused, so we went up some more, and it was refused. The EA reckons the bloke aint gonna budge but we are gonna dangle another carrot before the bunnys eyes and let him sweat it out for a while!!

has it been on the market long? dont let the EA know what your willing to go up to cos he will just hang out for it. Good luck

you lot have been quiet, have to bump this thread back to 1st page!

We moved house to Huonville on Friday, still haven't go the internet on am using the Library at the moment.

Move went well, have far too much stuff, I think a garage sale is looking definate sometime. Love the house. All is good.
