Finally sent my visa application, just hoping the medical is ok!
Hoping to sort a career break out but having probs getting one.
Any other guys from the West Mids area managed to get a career break?

It depends on what reason you give for going & how long you want to go for. Personally I don't want to come back to the West Mids anyway, even if I come back to UK. You can have too much of a bad thing!!

Does anyone know if a UK Paramedic can certify your documents for QAS if they put their HPC number and send a copy of their HPC registration Certificate?

Don't think they can. Looking on the DIAC website it says certified by a JP or equivalent. I had mine done at a solicitors. It cost me £5 & that included them photocopying the documents as well.

Thanks for your swift reply, I just popped down to the local police station and the Officer on the desk certified and stamped them for free so its all good

:hiya to all on here. new on and been reading most of your posts very infomative thanks. basically im a paramedic working in northampton and have applied to qas going out on my own i have read so many differing stories about qas but not put me off just wondering if any one can shed any light on time frame,uk interview dates etc

can be police,ambulance or court appointed person as long as they see the original before signing
