Hi Lilli, im aj
I am glad to know that there are mcdonalds!
I think that I am actually goingto enjoy the flight over there. We are not going to stop in Hong Kong so we will be flying for 18 hours. I think it willl be cool to see what its like to live on a plane for a day. Do any of you agree or am I just being weird?
Koalas are my fave animals so I cannnot wait to see them!
Anyway lets stay on the subject of food, I like talking about that
So what are the things that you are really going to miss?
Aj
ps: Have any of yu seen peter kay???

By the way I have seen a spider like the one on the toilet roll when i went to Sydney - even though i am VERY scared of spiders i called him Horace to make him seem more cuddly - it worked and i didn't mind him being in the house as much!
PS My step daughter has promised to send me anything new that Peter Kay does on DVD when we move!

we really liked the food- we even went to the market in Melborne and we were amazed at the different fruits and fish - the veggies were so big LOL - i dont think that there is any food that i will miss cos they do everything i like in Australia. When we go to live there we are going to stop over for a few days in hong kong -on the flight the seats have dvd players in the back of them and you can watch films play game and watch nik tunes but when you are tired its hard to sleep and that makes you grumpy - the food is quite good on the flight too so you will not be dissapointed
I like peter kay 2 - i like it when he talks about his mom and takes the micky out of her - my favorite is little britton have you seen that ?

I am really pleased to see this thread. My little boys are too young to write (15 months and 12 weeks!) but we want to move so that they can have a better life - it's good to hear young people talking about the things they are looking forward to in Australia! Makes me even more sure we are doing the right thing!

Like to keep an eye on whats being posted, particularly by my own kids, but they post in my name so easy to keep track on what they post. the kids on here have some genuine concerns and I for one want to know what bothers them, and at least they can get the answers from children already in Australia.
Pleased its being successful!!!
