Well despite the people who came for a second look spending almost an hour here at the end of last week - the b******s have decided to buy another place 
According to the agent they really liked ours but prefer the location of the other one. Well - here's to their sale falling through and then coming cap in hand back to us eh?

We go on with the new agent in a week and a bit, so fingers crossed something happens.

Well, we thought ours was going well until the buyers had the full structural survey back - which has scared them. 50% of what the surveyor said was inaccurate which we have proved (stud wall up to possibly cover damp (no damp!) - claw foot bath sinking into concrete (no concrete there...!).
Garage crumbling - that's obvious to the eye. And he doesn't like the look of our attic bedroom (was done before all the regs came in). But he can't prove there is anything wrong with it.... without further investigation. So we're pretty stressed at the moment and wished we'd tried to sell ages ago and then rented - especially as we are flying out on 18 Jan!!

Phew!!! The relief.......we've just this minute exchanged contracts on our house sale
Just got the business to sell now as our buyer for that pulled out on Monday after 10 months of stringing us along
At least the house is sold now so that's one thing less to worry about!
Will be having a couple of tonight!
