I shop by value. Food value. Price is one side of value. My other side of value is health. Shopping by value means that, not only that I do not spend more than necessary, but also I do not consume more than necessary - especially of nutritionally poor food.

Well I tried a search for my local IGA but obviously nobody could be bothered taking pictures of what is basically a corner shop.

On the plus side I did see some very nice pictures of Iga, who seems to be a Russian 'glamour model'
