I shop by value. Food value. Price is one side of value. My other side of value is health. Shopping by value means that, not only that I do not spend more than necessary, but also I do not consume more than necessary - especially of nutritionally poor food.

I tried as well. My local IGA is the only place open before 11am on a Sunday morning. They must make a fortune selling bacon and eggs alone.
