anyone know approx taxi fare from allicante airport to daya nueava , also any local taxi telephone numbers ....muchas gracias

Hi, dont know the cost of a taxi, but i do know of someone that picks up from the airports and charges about 30 euros from alicante, hope that helps,

we were last in daya in january when bus stops were in place has anybody any idea if a service is up and running and if so where to

Hi,

did you get any answers regarding the buses in Daya Nueva, we havnt been there for awhile and would like to know about the buses too.
Also can anyone tell us about the bars that are good for an evening out, i heard there was a new one opening thats going to have good entertainment, can anyone tell me where, thanks, Chris

there was a new bar that had opened when i was last in daya about 3 weeks ago, we only called in for one it seemed to be for younger people we are late forties approaching the big 50.... a modern place...

as for buses seen the shelters seen the timetables but never seen a bus but never did get a response ffrom anyone. we go out on wed so are determined to get to the bottom of the mystery.!!!!

Lol, There are some bus stops and shelters in quesada not far away too, but people say they have never seen such a bus there. Ill be looking in the daya nueva areae myseld this week , if I see one I will let you know.

Thanks for the quick reply, we will probably give the new bar a miss as we are in our 50's (although young at heart and cant believe we are in our 50's)
we're also going there on wednesday from Luton. We like to go to Imanyo's which is nice but thought it would be nice to go somewhere that has a bit of entertainment but not have to get taxi's. I dont mean to sound so fussy cos im not really, just thought it would be nice to have somewhere in walking distance.
Anyway, have a nice holiday,

Hi! How long are you out there for? We fly out on 1st july just for a week, we too are in our 50's, well I am, hubby is 61 LOL!! We love Imanyos, especially when they have live music, maybe we will meet up if you are still out in DN?

no problem ,our son who is 21 has just arrived back this morning ,been with his girlfriend for a week .had no car so relied on a local contact for getting around .he thought imanyo's ,was like the rovers return .i think we have spoiled that lad !i quite like the place .enjoy your stay ,if were in the bar you cannot mistake our accent !!say hello !!

Come to the roundabout at the top of the town and I will give you a lift to La Marina beach on my way to work. Be there at 9.30 a.m.
