He loves his job and he loves me so that means he has job satisfaction.
I have a question though: Why do you all need yard men? Don't any of you get out and do it yourself?
I like to work in my yard and see the results of my hard work. It's a great stress reliever and OH is lost if there is nothing need doing outside...he usually starts a new project then.

I however do NOT fell large trees, move giant rocks, etc. So for some big projects I can sure use the help.
The same fellow also plows snow in the winter (I have maybe a 200 foot driveway, before anyone asks me why I don't shovel it
) And delivers firewood, etc.I agree though, some yardwork is fun.

I do most of my own work. But, if I'm away to Michigan in the summer, he takes care of it.

I live in a small town, full of multiculturism, and I get talking to a neighbour, who's Mexican, and we agree on a lot of things, football, wages, lifestyle, food, etc, lol.
Talk to some Texans, and its swear words, racist crap every 3 seconds...I give up on the rednecks, with their poor vocabulary and lack of education.
I feel the Southern US states won't get better until they realize prejudice gets nowhere.
