Why do Texans hate Mexicans?
I live in a small town, full of multiculturism, and I get talking to a neighbour, who's Mexican, and we agree on a lot of things, football, wages, lifestyle, food, etc, lol.
Talk to some Texans, and its swear words, racist crap every 3 seconds...I give up on the rednecks
, with their poor vocabulary and lack of education.
I feel the Southern US states won't get better until they realize prejudice gets nowhere.

There is racism of some sort in all parts of the US. There are also many pockests of tolerance in the South. The South is a large region and until you have traveled it or lived throughout it, do not make such broad generalizations of 80 to 100 million people.

About mexican food and Texas.... mmm.... may have to start cooking some enchiladas.
My guy who does the landscaping and stuff is from Mexico - I'm gonna have to get some authentic recipes out of him - maybe after a few more Coronas....

Uneducated illegal immigrants play a part I suppose, but it is part of the culture also I believe.
