yeah TruBrit we have the "Florida style" houses in some communities up near lake ray Hubbard (east of Dallas) we checked some out last month, but they have no back yard.
I do everything myself, all the landscaping, painting & decorating. In fact I have just started a "professional home improvement" business on the side (just weekends at the moment) but its going very well.
