The 4 and 20 pasty shop in Sarasota sell bacon and sausages from this company, the cumberland sausages are great. Haven't tried the bacon yet but it looks like bacon should.

I have it's not bad but best to buy in winter as the packing leaves a bit to be desired. Also some of the cuts they send are scrappy which considering they're charging top wack is a bit off

I ordered a breakfast pack from them a couple of Christmasses ago, was fantastic to have a full English breakfast on Christmas morning. Yummmm

Stop and Shop were selling something called Irish bacon which although had a lot of water in it was back bacon at least. Couldn't find it last time I looked though.
I've found a lot of British type things which are marketed as Irish. I guess there is a bigger Irish population here.
