I'd given up trying to find bacon but maybe there is hope, I'll write down all the brands that have been mentioned and have a look at the local supermarket.. I normally get Canadian bacon, which appears to be gammon..

Ha ha ! Perfect! A thread about bacon. I was wondering how I could slip this recipe into the forum!
