The reason the US has so many power outages is because most of the power cables are above ground...swinging on warped telegraph poles. Only takes a little rain or wind for the power to go off...then in some areas it can take weeks to get it up and running again.

Who are the "native Africans" exactly? I have friends from South Africa - one is of Dutch/Boer ancestry and another of British, but both are South African natives from several generations ago. |
