I thought LA has a private option.

He presumably avoided quarantine coming back due being a spouse of a USC.

Seeing Harry's drivers license or car license plates would be a telltale if he's here on some kind of diplomatic visa.

Images of DL's and car plates start on page 30.

assuming he flies commercial, which immigration line he uses may also give clue, unless they have a VIP suite like at LHR they could send him though..

Maybe he uses Global Entry. :D

That I think might be a very cleaver play on words. Anyone arriving on a CR-1 or IR-1 visa doesn't apply for a green card. It is sent automatically after you arrive.

That quote was also from April 2020, they could have thought they still had him “under control” at that point.

Between the multiple jobs and him being cut off financially, unless he has some special off the books status I can’t really see that he could be anything other than PR now.

Could he be some kind of O-1 status?

I think he could easily get an O, but I can’t see how that would cover his job and other projects at the same time, I think you can use it for multiple roles if an agent is the petitioner and then has contracts for all the underlying roles, maybe with the right lawyer it’s possible… but I don’t think it would help with tax, as he would still become tax resident when he passed the substantial presence test so a GC would still be much easier and lower risk as he is married to a USC and would also make travel easier under CV19, and give him the freedom to do almost any kind of paid work without an agent to generate a paper trail.

His “crime” is no different to what top administration officials do behind closed doors. Of course, he’ll never be deported based on what he published in his memoir; that’s just ridiculous.

What interests me more is that his kids are dual citizens and yet he’s reluctant to upset the Family by naturalizing.

Not sure what this means. In terms of 'naturalising' I mean. The practicalities. No way to know what he or his family think.

He’s not eligible to naturalise. Who knows what he’ll choose to do (or why) when he is.

If he ever is. We don't know what avenue he used to legally reside in the US. Is he a diplomat, or has legal permanent resident status?

I presume he is using a diplomatic visa, because I think it would be more advantageous to him. If he is on a spouse visa he could apply now. They have stated they moved to the US from Canada well before it was announced. I wonder if his royal status (from birth) prevents him from holding another citizenship.
