is that right,so if a person breaks into ya house and takes what they want and then trashes it and you know for sure it's them but the police don't have enough evidence, what would you do the next time you see them in a pub or on the street and there laughing and taking the piss, are you just going to walk away

No. But the next time they broke into my house they'd be staring down the barrel of my Magnum Express Pump action shotgun. That, my friend, is legal self defence, as opposed to stringing someone up on the basis of 3rd party and potentially wrong heresay.

well would you trust it to someone who arrives at court in p.j.'s, makes their children wear mask and dangles a baby out of a window, pays someone $20million to keep their mouths shut. Are the security guard, chef and housemanager pathological liars too. The guy is getting a trial hopefully a fair one, I am not saying he is guilty or innocent, I am saying i would not allow my grandchildren near anyone if there was a doubt.Sorry if you don't like it, would you let your kids or grandkids visit Neverland with Michael Jackson knowing what you know about him at this moment.

I am still finding it hard accept that you condone shooting someone because they might or may do something in the future ...Its such a moronic statement that I find it difficult to believe that even you with your lout attitude could say it .. But I still think your saying it for effect ...

But this comment only applies to FL where ImHere lives. Possibly true for other states. Definitely not legal behavior in NC (at least if ImHere is referring to a burglary) where I live.

Yes, I should point out that its perfectly legal to defend your self, home and family this way from burglars in Florida, as long as you have a legal right to possess the firearm, but I wouldnt advocate it in say, Britain, or New York, or any other country/state that doesnt give you the legal right to self defence. Of course, even here in FL you'd have to prove you had a reason to shoot the burglar.
