In the spirit of the holiday season, play scrooge with those responses. I wasn't questioning that fact, just the validity of his claim that he had no method to fly home based upon it. He never actually posted a copy of his plane ticket that he claimed was of no use. And had no explanation as to how he managed to have a face to face meeting with a BA employee that would appear logistically impossible.
